Pallet Types
Twin palletTwo pallets joined lengthwise for the placement of two small-format stacks. When the time comes for printing, the two pallets are separated, allowing direct feed of the printing press, with individual stacks.
Packaging Elements
Sheets/Reels
Before printing, it is recommended to store the paper in the printing room in its original packaging for at least 24 hours.
Plastic Shrink Wrapping
Plastic shrink wrapping with polyethylene protects the paper against abrupt temperature and moisture changes, preventing damage that could affect the printing process.
Kraft packaging
This material combines the strength of Kraft paper with an inner layer of polyethylene to protect packets from dust and moisture.
Top Board
In sea transport and long-distance shipping, a rigid cover is used to provide added protection and to allow stronger tightening of the lashing straps. This cover allows pallets to be stacked without damaging the surface of the paper.
